Utterly incompetent and poor service!
I would give memobottle a MINUS 5 if I could. The first delivery was not left at the front door by the courier. memobottle agreed to a redelivery, and when I provided a parcel locker number, they OMITTED this from the shipping address! And the agent wrote back, "what is it this time?" when I pointed out that the parcel locker number was missing from the dispatch address, even though I had shared the parcel locker several times. Utterly incompetent and arrogant, too, which is the worst combination.
